For Organization Owners, Admins, and Members working with shared Spaces and analytics.

Organization spaces and dashboard

Publish exhibitions under your organization's name and track performance with the organization Dashboard.

Overview

Spaces can belong to an organization instead of an individual. An org-owned Space appears under the organization's name and profile, and any Owner or Admin of that organization can edit and publish it. The organization also has its own Dashboard — the same analytics view as a personal account, but scoped to the organization's Spaces and visible to its members.

Create a Space owned by your organization

You choose the owner at the very start of creating a Space — there's no separate "transfer" step.

  1. 1Begin a new Space at /spaces/new as described in Create a Space.
  2. 2In the basic info step, set the owner to your organization (instead of yourself). You'll only see organizations where you have permission to publish.
  3. 3Finish the remaining steps as usual — add a thumbnail and artwork videos on the upload page, then build the room in the Studio.
  4. 4The Space is now owned by the organization and shows the organization as its creator.

Ownership is chosen during creation. If you need an existing personal Space to live under the organization, recreate it with the organization selected as the owner (you can duplicate the original to reuse its content).

Who can edit organization spaces

  • Owner and Admin can edit org-owned Spaces, save changes in the Studio, and toggle Draft/Publish status.
  • Members can access the organization and its Dashboard but cannot edit or publish its Spaces.
  • Publishing rules are the same as for personal Spaces: a Space stays a Draft until published, and publishing requires a thumbnail and a Zone (the room structure). See Publish and share.

Saving in the Studio uses the Save button at the top-right of the editor — there is no autosave and no Ctrl+S. Saving stores your 3D configuration; it does not change Draft/Published status. See Using the Studio.

The organization Dashboard

Each organization has its own Dashboard, accessible to the organization's members. It mirrors the personal Dashboard (Profile and dashboard) but covers only the organization's Spaces.

Overview tab

  • KPIs for the organization: total Views, Likes, Comments, and number of Spaces.
  • A daily trend chart showing how activity changes over time.
  • A top spaces table highlighting the organization's best-performing exhibitions.

Spaces tab

  • A sortable table of all the organization's Spaces, including drafts.
  • Bulk actions to change visibility, change status (draft/publish), or delete several Spaces at once.
  • A quick way to jump into any Space's Studio to keep editing (Owners and Admins).

All organization members can view the Dashboard. Actions that change a Space (edit, publish, bulk changes, delete) still require Owner or Admin permissions.

Organization verification

An organization can earn its own verification badge — the same blue check, shown next to its name. The request is made from the organization's settings by an Owner or Admin, and it's separate from any member's personal verification. For eligibility, the review timeline, and the full lifecycle, see Artist and gallery verification.
