Overview
Two documents govern your use of ArtSpace: the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use. Both are always available from the site footer. This page is a quick pointer to each — the linked documents are the authoritative versions.
Privacy Policy
The Privacy Policy explains what personal information ArtSpace collects, how it's used, and the choices you have.
- What data we collect (such as your Google account details used for sign-in and the content you upload).
- How that information is used to run and improve the service.
- How long data is kept and how it's stored.
- The choices and controls available to you, including account deletion.
Terms of Use
The Terms of Use set the rules for using ArtSpace and creating content on it.
- Your responsibilities as an account holder and creator.
- Acceptable use and the kinds of content that aren't allowed.
- Rights you keep in the work you upload, and the permissions you grant ArtSpace to display it.
- Other terms that govern the service.
